We will ship your order directly to the address of your choice. In-stock merchandise will normally arrive within 2-6 business days. You will be advised of your shipping charges immediately after ordering and you will have different options for shipping (standard, priority, courier, etc.). For deliveries in the USA our prices are in US funds, for deliveries in Canada our prices are in Canadian funds and for the rest of the world our prices are in Euro’s. Applicable taxes (e.g. sales taxes, custom duties) are not included and also the costs of shipping will be charged. For some products (e.g. whips) the costs of packaging will be charged. You can order by phone or through our webstore or you can visit our store in British Columbia [Canada]. As soon as we have received your order we will contact you and e-mail your invoice and we will ship the day after we have received your payment. Shipping for North America will be done out of our warehouse in British Columbia; for the rest of the world shipping will be done out of our warehouse in The Netherlands. Returns policy Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Return Handling Guidelines: If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange by following these steps. 1. Include proof of purchase (original bill of sale) 2. Return items in unused condition in their original condition with the attached “cord & seal tag” in tact, with all original packaging and accessories 3. For video, CDs and DVDs, returns will be accepted only on unopened items; in the event of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange it for the identical item Returns will be credited back to the original tender type.
