- Synthetic harnesses and synthetic harness parts: 5 years unlimited
- All other products: 1 year unlimited
- In the event of a claim please send us an e-mail outlining the details. We will then forward the return address for the product being claimed. Cost of shipping is not covered by warranty
- Defects caused by an accident, lack of maintenance, fire or water are not covered by warranty

- Shipping is free for the USA [except for Alaska and Hawaii], for Canada and for Europe with the exception of exchanges and warranty returns
- For whips add $ 30.00 per order; whip[s] will be shipped in a strong pvc pipe with caps to prevent breakage during transit. Pipe is perfect for storage!
- Shipping costs will be applied for Cones, Harness trolleys, Harness racks and Portable Hazards
